Return Policy
At Astrapouch, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our food-grade packaging products. Please review our return policy carefully:
1. Opened Cases: Due to the nature of food-grade packaging, opened cases cannot be returned.
2. Return Window: Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the order ship date.
3. Partial Cases: Partial cases cannot be returned.
4. Order Cancellation:
– Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped.
– Orders cannot be canceled 12 hours after placement.
5. Incorrect Orders: If an incorrect order is placed by the customer, it may be returned if unopened. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. A refund for the product will be issued after the product is received and inspected. Please note that outgoing shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Store Errors: In the case of store errors, we will exchange the incorrect product for the correct one, and a return label will be provided. Please note that no refunds will be issued for fulfillment errors.
7. Refund Processing: Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
8. Discretion: Returns and exchanges will be accepted at the sole discretion of Astrapouch.
